VESSEL FORM:
Shuki: Ornately decorated revolver.

Hakki: Ox-tail saber with archaic decoration.

POWER:
Shuki - Spirit Bullets: the bullets from his gun cause no damage to living creatures or physical structures, but are extremely destructive to spirits, including ghosts and shinki as well as ayakashi.

Hakki - Thousand Cuts: he can cast more powerful, further-reaching and more precise cutting borderlines in vessel form, allowing him to cut through enemies at a distance.

Backtagging: Yes! If the thread is plot-important/needs a speedy resolution for CR reasons, I'm willing to talk over endings before we actually get there, or prioritize as necessary.
Threadhopping: Always OK on unlocked network threads, prefer not on log threads unless decided OOCly.

Offensive subjects (elaborate): No specific topics to avoid; I will let you know if I'm uncomfortable with anything.

Hugging this character: Feel free, he's friendly. Small children and good friends will get the best reaction.
Kissing this character: Pffft, go for it. He's not really looking for romance but he can deal with come-ons case by case.
Flirting with this character: Go for it.
Fighting with this character: Go for it. Zhao Yunlan's a good scrapper who keeps up on his self-defense training and can usually put down mundane opponents fast. He tends to hesitate to inflict serious injury or to kill unless the situation is very, very serious, so he's unlikely to do any real damage in a scuffle.

Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Mild to moderate injury, go for it. If your character is going to injure him in a way that'll have long-term consequences, like cutting off a limb, I'd prefer to talk about it first.
